Delivered in the following way:
A deep dive questionnaire about yourself and your role to complete. I'll review and design recommendations of developmental growth based on this so that supports your growth and your work.
Once we receive your questionnaire, we’ll then have a complimentary 90min Introductory Call together and co-design goals, map out our rhythm for working and set some foundations for you to build on.
1 x Private In person Strategic Planning Intensive. (Planned for Brisbane and held for 6 hours, plus lunch). This will be done via zoom OR a planned intimate location for you to ensure you are able to be present, highly focussed and enjoy the ability to work on a strategy that considers who you need to be, in order to achieve what you have to do. (In person is for Australia/NZ clients only - option for travel for other countries will be discussed)
A documented coaching outcomes plan - 6 months of agreed planned strategies for growth and results.
Twice monthly x 1 hour private coaching sessions (scheduled as 60 minute sessions to allow consistency and planning).
Voxer access direct to Elana 24/7 for accountability check ins and laser coaching in between monthly calls. Our commitment is that when you work with us you will never be stuck, ever.
You then also select (choice of 1):
1 additional x Strategic Prioritisation and Productivity half day workshop (4 hours). (Planned individually with you for best outcomes given the current global landscape and impacts). This will be done via zoom to support you to build the ability to work on having a skillset that knows how to create their own business and goal planning each 90 days.

We offer installments on courses, programs and private services with foundher. For private coaching and advisory partnerships you will be required to set up direct debit.
We promise never to charge our clients admin fees for successful payments. We require you to remain financially current at all times and overdue amounts will result in a cessation of services. See our terms and conditions.
