First day of each month. To support your development in presence and reflective practices, you'll start each month with a monthly inventory and reflective journal activity to locate 'where you are'.
This is specifically designed for you to build the practice of staying connected to your bigger vision, make consistent small incremental changes and adjustments when you inevitably go off track from your goals AND build the powerful practice of presence.
This keeps you conscious to best life, not back up plan habits. Short, potent and based on the latest research and trends in human behaviour and performance.

First Friday of each month. You'll start by joining a live masterclass with Elana Robertson, internationally certified professional coach passionate about creating presence over absence as a way to perform to our greatest capacity. You'll be inspired, energised and focussed on the month ahead with the sustainable pace toolkit you already are equipped with, along with deeper practices that will expand your capacity and and bandwidth.
These Masterclasses will be deeper dives into the Sustainable PACE tools you already have learned, strengthening them and creating more incremental change and transformation for your BEING & DOING connection.
The key outcome will be for you to take action on further learnings in the toolkit, provide you with a wider realm of options and approaches to who you are being at work along with further inner development to navigate VUCA.
Your continued opening of awareness will allow you to take even more intentional action to adjust your plans, goals and build a rhythm that feels like the best version of you.

On the second Friday of the month, our masterclass teacher will return to host a live integration session where you can ask questions, discuss what’s most alive for you, and integrate your learning - aka laser coaching and action learning as a collective. You could relate these to an online co-working session.
These workshops offer a chance to come together in community to explore and practice some of the core ideas and skills offered from the masterclass and implement and integrate them into your plan. They are the chance to practice awareness, check-in with facts and continue to stay connected with your goals and be present to the work. We’ll engage in individual, partner and group sense-making that encourages reflection, meaning-making and embodiment of learnings.
These sessions intend to create valuable connections with fellow participants and contribute toward a growing community acting sustainably as humans for greater success and joy in our lives and work.

We’ll wrap up each month by inviting you to stay committed and accountable by asking you to reflect and take action with what’s working and what’s not.
Positive psychology tells us that by paying attention to what you have changed, achieved and felt differently about results in changes in habits and patterns. Surrounding yourself with those committed to the same path creates positive energy exchange too! Our commitment will be an ongoing review of your surveys and growth so the monthly masterclass and integration is personal and powerful. We commit to never leave you stuck. Your commitment? Completing the powerful surveys and joining other leaders of change by sharing wins and learnings and commitments.

How you do one thing, is how you do everything. You'll set your PACE for the year. We'll spend time in reflection, desire, connecting to values, mission and purpose over a whole month. Why wouldn't you allow space and intentional action for 31 days, in order to make the remaining 334 your best? That's what we focus on for the entire month in January. Foundations month for a whole year of success.

With the year well and truly in groove, you'll have a sense of what being and doing looks and feels like for you. We'll get proactive with reviewing our 90-day cycle of reflection, planning and celebration.
You'll also gain next level inner development, a focus on BEING with an introduction to meditation for busy people with Master teacher Julie Smerdon.

A focus on combining BEING and DOING. We'll focus on where we are locating ourselves in order to keep goals planning and restoration on track. We'll move our mind and our bodies and adjust our PACE.

We'll get proactive at setting the final 90-day cycle of the year. This is the time we usually begin to panic, over commit and unconsciously speed up in attempts to 'get things done before the holidays' which inevitably leaves us operating from a reactive hustle and falling across the finish line. We won’t do that anymore.
