Each week offers a step-by-step recipe for building a new way of thinking and new actions to implement, so you become more productive on your own terms. I recognise that your to-do list is already overwhelming, so while it does take a commitment, within two to three weeks participants tell us they have more time, energy and focus back (in spades).     We’ve created this foundations week to get you ready for success. This means no scrambling, clarity on what to expect each week and a couple of actions you can take to ‘get ahead’ before we start, or not.

    Elana has personally recorded a welcome video and we’ll invite you to connect with us in a private group ahead of the first call.

    You’ll have the dates and details to plan into your calendar well in advance and a couple of actions to have transformation and change occurring before we begin.

  • We can't get to where we want to go without knowing where we start. This module is all about getting clarity on what your current mode of productivity is.

Elana Robertson will be guiding you through every step of this program and coaching you live every week for supportive and informative steps that will create real change.

Before starting foundher, Elana spent over two decades in management and executive roles within the financial services industry leading multi-million dollar customer technology programs, designing innovation products that won CANSTAR innovation awards and has worked with entrepreneurs from Spain, Europe and the UK along with leading and coaching teams across Australia, New Zealand, China and India.     On paper, to get the most out of this program, you’ll need to schedule in:

    1. The weekly live coaching calls that are 1 hour each week for 8 weeks.

    2. If you want success to be non-negotiable we suggest to schedule an additional 60-90 mins per week.

    However, by embarking on the journey of PACE, what you’ll soon find is by implementing the actions and the learnings in the program, your takeaway will go beyond a renewed way of thinking and doing, but ultimately being. As a result, your performance will be heightened and you’ll find more hours back in your every day. We have participants saying they feel calmer and are finding time within 2 weeks of starting!

  • Focused on the importance of inner development combined with action focused tools and shifts, Pace is our 8-week program to creating your own approach to productivity for a high-performing business and life. We call it foundational because we know this is the new BASIC level of performance needed for creating and maintaining success.

    SustainHer, is a 7-month program with deep in-person strategy workshops and online immersive experience to equip you with systems-thinking leadership, strategic innovation frameworks and a pathway for using business as a force for good. This program support those already with a great PACE.

    We know that PACE creates transformational results. The next intake for PACE will be February, July & September 2023. Places are limited to ensure transformation and personal coaching.
