Great question. In short? Sustainher is an experience that’s not simply designed on information, process, or simply outcomes. It’s about transformation.And getting results.
And we do this in three (3) ways:

2/ What are the requirements to be part of Sustainher, the experience?
Here’s the truth: your placement in Sustainher is not about minimum revenue, nor is it about the number of years you’ve spent in business. We ain’t funny like that.
We look for one thing, and that is, business founders who are on the growth trajectory who have the awareness that the work combines behaviour and habits to be successful AND business plans, more ideas and do-do-do’s.
Sustainher is for founders who are ready to see and reach new horizons, and feel that pull to fully step into being who they need to become, in order to do what they’re here to do.
3/ How much time do I need to commit?
To get the most out of this experience, you need to invest formally 4 hours per month in our live masterclasses, accountability check ins and coaching and action learning groups and clear your schedule so you can participate in our 2 immersive in-person business retreats.
4/ How is this different to Pace?
Powerful outer work begins with powerful inner work. And this is what our 8-week Pace program is anchored in. A foundational stepping stone to creating big shifts, Pace is for those who setting the rhythm for sustainable success.
Sustainher is a 8-month immersive experience that targets not just your being mode, but your doing mode too. This experience will equip you with a new toolkit to approach your business, work, and life, functionally and strategically.
5/ How often will new intakes happen?
Owing to the intimate and personalised nature of the Sustainher experience, we will only have one (1) intake per year. Applications will open in the 2nd quarter of 2021, and start February 2022.
6/ How many people will be part of Sustainher?
To curate an experience that is transformational, not just informational, there are only 8 places offered for each intake in our introductory year. For you, this translates to an experience that embraces you and your individual goals, and curates a tight-knit, intimate community to support you and your growth. Together, we're a group of ambitious leaders no longer committed to the status quo but committed to creating ripples of change individually for our businesses and as a powerful collective.
