OUR FOUNDER
An ICF credentialed Professional Coach with executive post graduate studies in coaching and leadership, Elana is also an experienced strategic consultant, facilitator and trainer with a corporate and entrepreneur background spanning 25 years. (Ohh and sprinkle in trained yoga teacher with a passion for powerful restorative practices).
Internationally awarded and recognised for her drive to positively disrupt the status quo, Elana created foundher to connect ambitious leaders to their best version of self and from that foundation enable them to catalyse the long-term, powerful changes they seek in their being, business, and world.
A big belief she holds?

Having studied executive leadership and coaching at QUT and Harvard Medical, Elana brings a connection of formal education in Leadership and strategy with an ongoing commitment to studies in adult development and human behaviour. Her inimitable empathy, and her belief that truly powerful outer work must always begin with and stay connected to inner work, Elana partners with founders, CEOs, and high performing leaders to set them on the trajectory for high/er performing and rewarding success that lasts.
Her commitment and ethos “be somebody who will do something about that” saw Elana also complete the B Consultant & Facilitator program, run by B Lab ANZ which trains individuals who work with companies who wish to improve their social and environmental impact and become certified B Corps.
The principle that guides Elana’s vision for foundher? Is this:

In 2019 she was invited to a Leadership Gathering held at Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island and was invited to attend Virgin Unite’s ‘Humans at Work’ initiative based in Sydney. Elana has presented on the topic of ‘being sustainable’ to Masters in Business Fashions students at Rutgers New York business school focussed on shifting the tired notion of high performance is hustle toward sustainable high performance.
Elana believes that to truly make moves in our tangled, complicated world – it’s not about creating new ideas. It’s about adopting a new way of thinking too.
A way of thinking that equips you with tools to unearth the real drivers; knowing the best version of you and your purpose and harnessing them to align what you do with who you are. But to adapt to this new way of thinking? It takes work.And it requires unlearning the systems, processes, and ways of doing that you’ve accepted as truisms.
Elana has developed a framework and processes that support each client through this journey.
